In Shaa Allah. Home renovation will start next week. Ya Allah,
permudahkanlah segala urusan kami.
Total renovation sebenarnye tak la mahal sangat (less than
30K). I’ve read some people whose blogged about their home reno and shares the cost.
Mine is not as expensive as theirs. Ya, I know I should be comparing apple to
apple. Let’s take into account that it is a ballpark figure okke!.
Many of my friends had guessed that the cost wont be less than 40K. No doubt. First contractor quoted us 35K (without piling), second contractor quotation's is 55K (without piling).
In the end, after been through some laborious time stalking the contractor, we finally decide to take up Ajis (the third contractor - with piling) that quote us 25K. Alhamdulillah.

We would like to revamp the house into something like the above picture. It involves hacking and piling. I guess it will take sometime also to be completed.
