I'm in the midst of shedding "a little bit" of my weight. So, i'm thinking of oat to replace nasi lemak or nasi during lunch. Sweet oatmeal is so lame. Therefore I did some R&D on the oatmeal recipe.
500 gm of Skinless Boneless Chicken
200 gm of Brocolli
One can of Prego Carbonara Cendawan or Mushroom Carbonara
4 tablespoon of Oatmeal
2 or 3 cups of Plain Water
Preparation procedure:
1. Chopped your chicken breast to your liking size.
2. Sliced Broccoli, also to your liking size.
3. Open the mushroom canned and pour all of it into the pan.
4. Add 2 cups full of plain water.5. Add your oatmeal, chicken and broccoli together.
6. Let it boil to simmer (about 10 minutes)
7. Turn off the gas and there you go....
TADAAAA.......
